Hi linus,
I saw the release of candidate
https://www.qubes-os.org/news/2016/06/18/qubes-OS-3-2-rc1-has-been-released/

I went ahead, reinstall it, ALL working now.
Sleep/suspend, wifi, fast start up, restart, turn off, and seems more 
responsive.

Kernel 4.4.12-9 on lenovo T460
