Qubes 3.1 was no help.

Fedora 24-1.2 installed unless I select RAID 0 for the volume group. I am going 
to attempt the same with Qubes 3.2-RC3.

I need to this this working this week, even if I have to use Fedora instead of 
Qubes :(
