WHERE is VT-D implemented..?

Intel VT-d is a hardware virtualization feature and it is implemented in 
hardware.

Xen uses Intel VT-d. Xen does not call it Intel VT-d, instead Xen uses the more 
general term IOMMU (I/O MMU).
