For KDE, there's kstart. For Xfce4, you'd have to install something, e.g., 
devilspie2.

available at dom0. When this user wrote about it then I check and it was there 
(at dom0 already installeted)

It can show all windows `wmctrl 0l`, but how to get id of last window opened with qvm-run to move it then to the specific desktop?

Looks like very old tool, but hope it work. xdotool not pre-installed (maybe it's better?)
