I've been using 3.2 on a (hidpi) T460p for a couple of months now and it works great. Here are some quick bullet points: * Intel graphics only. There's an NVidia card in there as well, but it's unused in Qubes. * Wifi works flawlessly. * Integrated webcam works great with USB passthrough. * No installer issues at all--everything just worked. * Sleep/resume functionality isn't perfect, but it works about 80+% of the time.
