I'm not quite clear on what you are asking.

You don't need to add the drivers during the install.
Run through the install, and you will have a sys-net qube to which
should be allocated your network devices.

You should add the firmware to the Template on which the sys-net qube is
based. (Changing that to Debian-8 if you prefer.)
