are ok, so low latancy is usefull also on youtube... is there any
security problems with it?

what do you mean with "window manager tweaks"?
where can i find vertical blank synchronization?

the formating is like

VM: {
   work: {
allow_fullscreen = true;
audio_low_latency = true;

};
};

i restarted the VM after change in quid.conf
