Yes, but not for PCI-passthrough. Which is crucial feature for Qubes (or
more specifically: NetVM/USB VM)

Generally yes - this is rather new thing (final 4.11 was released this
week) and we'd rather to focus on stabilizing what we already have in
Qubes 4.0, instead of introducing more bleeding edge new parts.

Generally, from configuration POV, PVHv2 is very similar to PV[*], but
there are multiple architectural differences. The current plan is to
release Qubes 4.0 and then resume work on PVHv2 (which may turn out to
be very minimal needed) and have it in Qubes 4.1. This may mean it will
also work (at least partially) in Qubes 4.0, if we're lucky ;)
