My Windows HVM haven't lagging problem after installed QWT, the only little issue is the message showed during the first boot 'Failed to initialize the private disk', and rebooting this doesn't appear more but there isn't the 'E:' disk dedicated to qubes but only 'C:'. Is it a relevant? Is there a solution?
