That'll be addressed in the next kernel release, but there are a couple of other issues that have come up in deep testing that are being worked through right now. Tracking here: https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/2844 But if it's really bothersome, you can work around it right now by blacklisting the wifi power module by following the instructions here: https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/wireless-troubleshooting/#automatically-reloading-drivers-on-suspendresume Either should work.
