That'll be addressed in the next kernel release, but there are a couple
of other issues that have come up in deep testing that are being worked
through right now. Tracking here:

But if it's really bothersome, you can work around it right now by
blacklisting the wifi power module by following the instructions here:

https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/wireless-troubleshooting/#automatically-reloading-drivers-on-suspendresume

Either should work. The bottom line is that Intel's wifi power saving
functionality that was introduced after 4.4 is buggy for certain cards,
so users of other distros have resorted to blacklisting the module, and
some other major distros like Fedora and Ubuntu have even resorted to
compiling the option out of their default kernels until it all gets
resolved some day.
