I use Whonix a lot, and it's constantly popping in and out of full
screen when I drag the windows around, and I try to avoid full screen
mode for anonymity, so it's a pain, I don't know the terminology "edge
resistance" vs. "window snapping" I wouldn't mind if it waited a few
seconds instead of instantly going full screen, but its a pain as it is
