Update: Found an old Acer 1440x900 16:9 and work as it should with the 1920x1080 Benq, then did the fedora-24 update and tried these two monitors again with enabling the 16:10 display and it did the exact same thing, skews booth 16:9 displays with horizontal lines about an inch apart.
