Check my topic "Great Difficulties... 7th gen. i7". I noticed it took a very long time near the same spot, and there was no drive led activity or movement of the progress bar. 4 - 8 minutes. I was emailing a friend and when I looked up the installation was finally successfully completed. May not be the same issue you're seeing but my suggestion is to be patient and give it more time.
