I found some clues in the qubes-gui-daemon source: https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-gui-daemon/blob/ad966ddd5d57b30a47651471a1cbdbe7ac8231fa/gui-daemon/xside.c#L2957 However, I'm having problems using Mod4 as a key identifier here.
