Xen should get loaded right after SENTER which then starts dom0 VM with the Linux kernel + initramfs. If there's no Xen logging at all... I'd try performing a TPM reset via BIOS (there should be a TPM reset flag you can turn on and it will get cleared during a few reboots after saving and exiting BIOS), then shutting down the laptop, taking out battery and disconnecting AC, waiting 30 seconds then putting battery back in, connecting AC power and booting into BIOS again. Then reset the BIOS itself, performing the same battery/power/waiting dance. After that enable the needed options like Intel VT-d and TXT (as those will most likely get disabled after BIOS reset), disabling EFI boot, then make sure to completely turn off the laptop for at least 30 seconds again. Lastly, take ownership of the TPM. If it still doesn't work after this, I'm pretty much out of ideas...
