Have updated system with Fedora going to 25 and Debian from 8 to 9. Followed all instructions as per QUBES DOCUMENTATION and all seemed to work fine.
FOLDERS appear fine under Fedora but nothing showing with Debian Template - or my VM's which are based on Debian. Have seen earlier reference to this - but the answer there was that "FILES" was the relevant wording under available Applications (meaning Nautilus in practice). On my Debian-9 template there is no reference to "FILES" or NAUTILUS. My files still exists - as I can see by switching back to the DEB 8 template - but clearly I want to move forward with DEB9.
