It didn't let me do the gparted install. I have since given up. I have decided to wipe the qubes os partition, go back to windows, connect another computer using ethernet, backup my files, then wipe the hard drive, and maybe try to install qubes again.
There seems to be too many issues with qubes. I'm doubting whether it's worth the effort. Maybe a live CD + Encrypted USB will perform just as good. A lot easier to manage and copy files etc. Thank you for trying to help though.
