Doesn't look quite right on the picture indeed, there shouldn't be anything wrong with the software source, or the software to be installed. And the install location warning should go away after initial drive/partition selection. Did you verify the integrity of your Qubes install? Try grab a some hash check tool, if you got Linux, use for example sha256sum path-to-iso-file. You can also run the integrity test at the beginning of the boot process of the install medium. You got the choice to skip it, but be sure to run it at least once on the install source USB/DVD. If the integrity checks out, then you know there is no bit corruption in your install medium, because every bit was read to check and create the hash key. If the hash key is identical to the official public release, you'll be sure there is no bit corruption. It could also be a security issue by an attack, but those are probably quite rare, I doubt it's that, imho. Also, do you have VT-D enabled in your BIOS/UEFI? Does your CPU/Motherboard support it? Try link your CPU/Motherboard, or better yet, if you can find their official specs and link it here. You can also try Qubes 4, while it's not inherent as stable as Qubes 3.2 atm, Qubes 4 has gotten far by now, and if your system meets the minimum requirements for Qubes 4, then it may just make a difference too.
