The method I used at least, was the one downloading a fresh new Fedora-26 via the Qubes-dom0-update command. But I'm not trying to solve this as I'm happy enough with Fedora-25 for now. This is only in case it's useful info to help the original poster to find a solution. I do not remember what was wrong with my Feodra-26, I had some other issues alongside it that I tried to solve.
