Hi!

I also have a Dell XPS 15 9560, and I had the same issue with WLAN and Suspend 
to RAM. I updated to the unstable kernel, as suggested. Since the last update I 
made I haven't experienced this problem (for a few weeks now). Unless there's 
some other reason the issue was resolved, it seems like the latest kernel 
update fixed it.

My kernel is 4.9.56-21.pvops.qubes.x86_64, date Oct 17.
