I think there is an issue with Fedora updates thru TOR... Any body willing to share the specific commands or instructions to change an update file from http to https? Here is the thread: https://github.com/QubesOS/qubes-issues/issues/3737
A potential solution was: "Try to modify /etc/yum.repos.d/qubes-r4.repo to use https instead of http." I didn't even know how to google the question?
