I was on fedora-26 template and everything was OK.
Because fedora 26 is pretty old right now i installed fresh template
fedora 29 (tried 27 and 28 and had this same problem too).
I have appvm and i attach my usb key to it via sys-usb.
Then when i run sudo cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/sda1 flash
first shell did not find completion for luksOpen command,
then in best case i got message that crypsetup is killed.
In worse case whole vm crashes and requires manuall kill and start.
I tried to search for any information but duckduckgo, startpage
and google can not find any helpful information.
I ran out of ideas what is going on i can past logs,
just please tell me what will be usefull.

If you are using qvm-usb to attach the key, try using qvm-block instead
to only attach the partition. Then, inside the AppVM, do your cryptsetup
against /dev/xvdi. Qvm-usb should work too, but maybe there's a bug.
Qvm-block is preferable anyways.
