Fix it the same way you did the other, except in the
/etc/yum.repos.d/qubes-templates.repo file.

Not sure if you can help with something else .
on (https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/installation-guide/) it say to go in nano and
fedora and change the http to https is that also for qubes 4.0.1-rc1 ?
