Hello! If you have access to your machines CLI, then you should be able to reinstall the packages through dnf. That is all of @kde-desktop-qubes. After that, you can removing different parts again. I also installed KDE, and realised that I did not want it, but I noticed how much dnf wanted to remove so I just stuck with it (and am actually using KDE mainly now).
