Did so and was able to get through the setup. However, now it is exhibiting the
same behavior at “Executing Qubes configuration.”
It will display the above, freeze, and then reboot.
So you've made it all the way through the first stage of the install,
it's rebooted, and now it's deploying templates? Trying temporarily
disabling your Wifi card in UEFI settings, then rerun.
