As far as I can tell, the Acer Spin 1 does boot loop even with: [qubes-verbose] options=console=vga efi=attr=uc # noexitboot=1 # mapbs=1
and [qubes-verbose] options=console=vga efi=no-rs # noexitboot=1 # mapbs=1 Are there any further ideas on how to solve that? Under Debian, the system does boot fine: https://wiki.debian.org/InstallingDebianOn/Acer/Spin1 Newer Debian and/or hardware versions do not even require the testing kernel anymore. Thanks!
