When I mount a samba share, if it matters from where I will share, inside an AppVM the mount is mounted, I suspect, as 'user'. Yes root is doing the mount, but I think the user that is used to connect to the network share is the uid of the logged in user which is by default user and I don't think that can be changed.

If I need to mount the network share as user xyz, because user xyz has certain permissions, is there a way to do that?
