Hi everyone I've compiled the source for Wireshark-3.2.5 (as the Debian packages are still on 2.6.x). By default this drops the compiled binaries into /usr/local/bin/.
I've then shut down the TemplateVM and created a new AppVM (based on this TemplateVM) called *my-new-qube*, as a test. However, when I start it up, the wireshark binary is not available. In fact, when I list out the contents of /usr/local/bin/ on *my-new-qube,* there is nothing at all there. >From my understanding of the docs, /usr/local/ is persistent and should be made available to any AppVMs that are based on the TemplateVM. If that is indeed correct, I've hit a bit of a brick wall on this one, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
