Also you may need to download firmware newer than fedora 32 provides, which exists in fedora 34 repos, but firmware handling is different on fedora 34 if i remember correctly. Therefore you may or may not find the latest firmware for the card for the fedora 32 dom0. I haven't tested with the latest stock r4.1 dom0. These two things could be the case for both cards I guess.
