I managed to get VPN, Bluetooth, webcam, Kodi, Windows Vista and 10, Kali Linux and Blackarch working on Qubes version 4.0 and now I've installed Qubes version 4.1 for 2 days and no issues so far, keep you posted.
Installing version Qubes release 4.1 (probably also version 4.0) and correctly enabling the disabled virtualization in a ASRock UEFI (BIOS). Solution 1: You need to enable 3 settings to have virtualization enabled.
