Is it "not certified" as in it doesn't run at all, or is it just to stop people from paying an extra 3 grand when the OS is software-rendered?
Nitro folk might want to consider testing a Windows passthrough qube with them fancy GPUs they have... if it actually works then they could totally market the machine to paranoid gamers and raise the price. I know I would give up one of my extremities for a machine that can play my favorite games, run my favorite qubes, and most crucially, do it all without any filthy gubbyment-sponsored hardware-level spyware. Hell, I could replace my entire home lab with a single machine. Just an idea ;D On Thu, Sep 7, 2023 at 3:28 AM Andrew David Wong <a...@qubes-os.org> wrote: > On 9/6/23 10:57 AM, Andrew David Wong wrote: > > Dear Qubes Community, > > > > It is our pleasure to announce that the [NitroPC Pro]( > https://shop.nitrokey.com/shop/product/nitropc-pro-523) is [officially > certified](https://www.qubes-os.org/doc/certified-hardware/) for Qubes OS > Release 4! > > > > ## The NitroPC Pro: a secure, powerful workstation > > > > The [NitroPC Pro](https://shop.nitrokey.com/shop/product/nitropc-pro-523) > is a workstation for high security and performance requirements.
