Hi,

Here's a HCL for a new laptop. I have it for about 2 weeks, I had to solve
a couple minor issues, but in general everything seems to be working.

The install worked on the second attempt. The first attempt seemed to be
stuck on a blank console / screen on the restart, but I tried again and
this time it finished fine. I suspect I might have been impatient - perhaps
if I gave it a bit more time it'd work the first time. Not sure.

The suspend/resume seems to work fine. I disabled hyperthreading and added
mem_sleep_default=deep to grub, but mostly because that's what was needed
on the previous machine. Maybe it'd work without this, not sure. At first I
thought it doesn't suspend correctly, because the fans take quite a while
(a minute or more) to actually stop.

I had to increase the memory limits for sys-net - without it, the wifi
stopped working on suspend/resume. There an iwlwifi message about page
fault in dmesg, and restarting sys-net fixed it. But after increasing
memory from (default) 400MB to 800MB it works fine.

The only issue I'm aware of is that if I attach/detach yubikey to the USB-C
port on the right side, the machine powers off (just dies after a second or
so). It doesn't happen with the USB-C controllers on the left side, and it
doesn't happen in Fedora either (which is what the laptop had
preinstalled). I believe the laptop has multiple controllers - USB, NHI and
Thunderbolt 4, so maybe xen has problem with one of those. I haven't tried
if there's a newer kernel (I'm on 6.11.2-1 at the moment).

regards
