On the sfInstallPlugin/check page, a notice message is repeated many times
on the page:
"Notice: Use of undefined constant STDOUT - assumed 'STDOUT' in
/home/evelyn/public_html/qubit/lib/vendor/symfony/lib/command/sfAnsiColorFormatter.class.php
on line 51"
