Issue 459: Search by subject term does not retrieve results if term was
created in another language

New issue report by epmclellan:
Created the term Oiseaux and translated it into Birds. Added Birds as
subject access point to a fonds in English and added Oiseaux to a fonds in
French. Displaying the fonds in English shows Birds for both fonds and
displaying them in French shows Oiseaux for both fonds. However, a search
for Birds in English retrieves only the English fonds and a search for
Oiseaux in French returns only the French fonds. Is this the desired search
behaviour? The French fonds had been given a translated title and was
essentially a multilingual description, with the term Birds clearly visible
in the view screen - but a search on Birds would not retrieve the fonds.
