If you inserted multiple lower-level records from within a parent level,
would you
still have to open up each record to add information that is not inherited
from the
parent level?
Another approach would be to have the ability to duplicate a record from,
for
example, an edit screen. See attached mock-up...just added "duplicate"
button to the
button block.
