Issue 490: Add ability to view creator and dates of creation next to each
other in information object view screen

This is necessary in the case where one archival unit has multiple creators
and creation dates. The current view screen does not display the
information from the two fields in close proximity, so that a given creator
cannot be linked to a specific creation date. See attached screenshot.
