Issue #500 fixes and updates are a significant upgrade to template routing,
aligning it with the symfony routing system.
The next re-factoring iteration should address the issue of hard-coding
rules in routing.yml (e.g. each template has its own rule) so that this
file doesn't have to be edited each time a new set of templates are added
(e.g. when a new standard or theme is added to the app).
