New issue 548 by epmclellan: Digital object does not upload when information object is created http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=548 In ICA-AtoM 1.0.4 (not in current version of Qubit) a digital object will not upload when the user is creating an information object.
