This does raise a separate issue that we need to address if we want to  
offer the
'default repository' feature. If the administrator sets a default  
repository then the
the repository_id value will be automatically populated for each archival
description, regardless of whether the repository is already set for one of  
its
parent levels. This will create redundant links to the repository record,  
re-creating
the error Jamil reported (the repository Holdings lists all description  
levels).
