New issue 590 by vangarderen.peter: update all forms to display properly if the application is initialized without sample data http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=590 if loading the application using only default data (i.e. excluding sampleData.yml to initialize a clean installation), the forms shouldn't crash if not data is present.
