New issue 728 by epmclellan: Add new access terms option visible to users logged in as contributors http://code.google.com/p/qubit-toolkit/issues/detail?id=728 In information object edit screen users logged in as contributors can see the "add new" links in the access points div. Contributors don't have permission to edit taxonomies, and when they try to do so from the edit screen the process fails and there is no message saying they don't have permission. The "add new" links should be removed.
