This was fixed when implementing full dates instead of allowing only years
for data
entry (Issue #414).
Fixed in r2724 for ISAAR relations (actor-to-actor relations)
Fixed in r2794 for ISAAR events
Fixed in r2799 for MODS, RAD & DC events
Fixed in r2800 for ISAD dates
