Fixed in r3259. When a page number was not set, first page was not being
set as
default one. I added int casting for unexpected values of $request->page. I
hope this
fix is correct and you can mark this issue as fixed after revision.
Anyway, in cases where there are no results on a list, I'm
getting "displaying 1 to 0
of 0 results". I think this is due to root element. Should I fix this?
