bumped to 1.1, needs more investigation. simple dc are 15 core elements
without a
container element, makes it difficult to validate. see
http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/metadata/dcmi/xmlschema/ for a proposed DC container
schema.
In the meanwhile, Qubit is able to export DC as valid XML and re-import the
XML
output (although exporting to DC 'dumbs down' the data making it virtually
impossible
to round-trip)
