New issue 1304 by epmclellan: Add warning if user selects actor or
repository at lower levels of description that are the same as higher levels

To reproduce this error:

1)User creates a fonds with a creator name and repository
2)User adds child-level description and selects creator name and repository
again
3)User saves the record and there is no warning
Expected result:
================
User should see warning in information object show screen that inherited
values have been redundantly added to child-level description.
