To reproduce this error:

1) Create an information object
2) Try to upload a digital object
3) Use the multiupload form (requires js/Flash)
4) Select some images
5) Upload
Resulting error:

Thumbs don't appear. You only see the progress bars.
Expected result:
================
Thumbs should appear. It looks a problem with the ACL check at the top of
upload action, which always returns false.
