New issue 1319 by [email protected]: Autocomplete isn't working when new
items has a "ñ" (Spanish) character

To reproduce this error:

1) Go to information object add/new
2) Create a new information object
3) Add some creators, one of them with a "ñ" (if you can do it with your
keyboard :P)
Resulting error:
================
All the items are saved correctly but those which includes "ñ" in the
string.
