To reproduce:

User adds a 'watermark.png' file to their /web directory if they want to
have a watermark appear on the REFERENCE copy of their image uploads.
Expected result:
================
User uploads image and the web/watermark.png is added as watermark to the
REFERENCE copy of the image file.
The watermark code is simply ignored if web/watermark.png does not exist.
