New issue 1400 by epmclellan: In physical storage edit screen, Type
drop-down menu has only one choice (shelf)

To reproduce this error:

1)In information object context menu box click on existing physical storage
location
2)Go to Type drop-down menu
Resulting error:

Drop-down menu contains only one choice, shelf
Expected result:

Should be multiple Types to choose from
