New issue 1404 by [email protected]: Repository contact info disappears
after edit

To reproduce this error:

1) Add or edit a repsository
2) Add a contact in the contact information form
3) Save the repository. The show screen will show the contact information
correctly.
4) Edit the repository
5) Click the edit icon for the existing contact
6) Save the contact form
7) Save the repository form
Resulting error:
================
The contact information is gone.
Expected result:
================
Updated contact information should be shown.
